What 52 CAN look like!

This is an easy post for me. It’s a photo of Canadian figure athlete Lynda Jager. And I just wanted to show it to you to inspire you.

Lynda turned 52 earlier this month.

She does not live in the gym. In fact, Lynda’s a full-time medical office assistant and has two children.  But she’s made good habits a priority for years.

Now, you don’t have to aspire to look like Lynda, who is in contest shape in this photo. (Lynda competes and likes to keep her body fat pretty low with a strict diet and regular exercise.)

But if you only hit the gym and eat a healthy diet MOST of the time, you’ll look pretty darn good.

Yep, we all have our genetic issues to deal with. And our hormonal issues. For some, it’s going to be easier than others.

No reason not to do your best, though!

What’s coolest about Lynda, I think? She can do 40-lb DB curls for ten reps. Now that is strong!

I am so inspired. I’ve lately been reaching for the next heavier pair of DBs.
